Say goodbye to pager discs.
Your customer’s phone is the pager.
No charging, no lost devices, and a Google review chance with every order.
Three steps. No app.
The cashier taps “New order”
The order number and a big QR appear on the station. Or the customer taps the counter stand and types their receipt number.
The customer scans and sits
An elegant page with your logo and colours shows their number and live status. No sign-up, nothing to install.
Ready? Their phone rings
One tap from the kitchen: the page turns green, the phone rings and vibrates, and after pickup there is a Google review button.
Everything the counter needs
Real alerts
Sound, vibration and a notification. On Android even when locked, on iPhone with one simple step.
Your brand
Your logo, colours and premium type. Customers see your restaurant, not a tech company.
Google reviews
After pickup, the same review button for every customer: no gating, in line with Google’s policy.
Real numbers
Average prep time, peak hours, and how many tapped the review button.
Branches and tablets
Each branch has its own links, and several tablets stay in sync live.
Display board
A TV screen with “Preparing” and “Ready” for your dining room.

Straight answers
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. The page rings and vibrates while it is open. To ring while the iPhone is locked, the customer adds the page to the Home Screen in two steps (iOS 16.4 or later), or adds the order to Apple Wallet when it is enabled. The station shows next to each order whether that phone will ring when locked, so staff know whom to call out loud.
And Android?
On Android with Chrome, after one tap on “Turn on alerts”, the phone rings and shows a notification even when locked.
Does the customer need an app or an account?
No. They scan the code or tap the stand, and that is it. We never store their name or number.
What does the restaurant need?
A tablet or phone at the counter with internet. Optionally, a Lamsa NFC counter stand or a printed QR.
Does it work with my POS?
Yes, with no integration: use automatic numbering, or let the cashier type the receipt number.
How do Google reviews work?
After pickup, every customer sees the same “Rate your visit on Google” button. We never ask “were you happy?” first, because review gating is against Google’s policy.
Try it yourself in two minutes
We open the station in front of you, you scan the code with your phone, and you see the alert for yourself.
